Terms & Conditions – Giveaway “25 Comet Flares”

Duration

The giveaway runs from **1 October until 14 October 2025**. Orders placed within this period will be entered automatically.

Participation

* Participants must be **18 years or older**. Delivery will only take place if this can be verified.
* Participation is automatic with a minimum order of **€25 including shipping costs** in one of the following webshops:

* Employees of Ultrastickershop are excluded from participation.

Prize

* The prize package consists of **25 CE/PE-certified Comet emergency flares**.
* The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

Delivery of the Prize

* Delivery of the flares will be carried out by a **licensed pyrotechnics supplier**.
* The supplier applies their **own delivery and safety terms and conditions**.
* Ultrastickershop solely organizes the giveaway and pays for the prize, but is **not the manufacturer, seller, or distributor** of the flares.
* Ultrastickershop is **not liable** for delays, non-delivery, or other issues on the part of the supplier.

Draw and Announcement

* The winner will be chosen on **15 October 2025**.
* Proof of the draw will be published on the Instagram page **@ultrastickershop_com**.
* The winner will be personally contacted via the email address provided with their order.
* If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be selected.

Liability

* Use of the prize is entirely and exclusively **at the winner’s own risk**.
* Ultrastickershop is **under no circumstances liable** for any damages whatsoever, directly or indirectly related to the prize, including (but not limited to):

* damage to persons, property, or the environment resulting from possession, transport, storage, or use of the flares;
* injuries, accidents, or health issues during or after use;
* loss, theft, fines, confiscation, or other legal consequences arising from misuse or violation of laws and regulations;
* delays, non-delivery, defects, or faults caused by the supplier and/or manufacturer.
* Full **product safety, legal compliance, and delivery obligations** lie solely with the supplier and/or manufacturer of the flares.
* By participating in this giveaway, the entrant declares that he/she:

* is aware of the risks associated with the use of emergency flares,
* is fully responsible for complying with all applicable laws and safety regulations,
* **irrevocably and fully indemnifies Ultrastickershop from any form of claim, liability, compensation, or legal consequence**, of any kind.
